This is a particularly rare Fender Cyclone, made between 2005 and 2006, known for its all-black finish and HH pickup configuration.
Key Features of the Cyclone:
The neck scale of the Cyclone is 24.75 inches (approximately 628mm), making it a medium scale similar to Gibson guitars, which is extremely unusual for Fender guitars.
While the body shape is almost identical to the Mustang, it has increased thickness to accommodate the synchronized tremolo system, from the Mustang's approximately 37mm to a Stratocaster-like 1.75 inches (approximately 44mm). Unlike Squier models, this Cyclone uses alder wood.
This model features two humbucker pickups, known as the "Atomic Humbucker" and "Santa Ana Humbucker," providing a hard-hitting sound.
While there are overall scratches, there are no significant marks on the wood. The playability is still excellent, and considering its age, it's in remarkable condition. Finding one in this condition is quite rare.
I estimate that approximately 80% of the fret life remains. The tremolo arm will be included in the hard case for shipping.
