Offered for your consideration is an antique pair of unbranded, solid brass kerosene safety lamps. The lanterns are from around the early 1900s. The lanterns, although similar, are not identical in design. The lamps are solid brass and also appear to be all original, including the front glass. Both retain the screws to the side for mounting. I am selling these lamps as I discovered them, for parts or repair. There is no wick in one of the lamps. They are in fair to good 'as found' condition, showing use and handling wear. PLEASE VIEW ALL 24 PHOTOS OF THE ITEM FOR MORE DETAIL ON THE CONDITION. One lantern measures about 9 3/4" tall, while the second is about 8 1/2" tall. Both have a width a 5 1/2" and about a 3 3/4" diameter base. They have a combined weight of about 3 pounds 8 ounces, and will ship at 4 pound 8 ounces, as they will be double boxed for protection. I am selling this set for parts or restoration, or simply to be displayed. Auctions can be combined to save on shipping. Thank you for viewing my listing.
