Lovely Romantic Pink Satin Lace and Ribbon Rose Garland Hanky Holder/Lingerie Holder

Dating to the 1930s/1940s or so may I offer this lovely hanky or lingerie holder - really, all that is needed now is the right presentation box! Made of pink peach satin that has acquired that patina of old age, the fold over holder features a gorgeous handmade French Ribbon Rose garland (pale pink/pale blue) holding a bit of cream colored lace in place; all of it tied in place at the bottom with a pink bow and single rose embellishment. To frame the entire top is an edging of ruffled satin. Condition of the entire piece is very nice with no damage to the top. On the inside, there is a bit of pin pricking and no stains. Size of the holder when closed is 10-3/4" x 6" approx. Absolutely stunning!
