ASOCRET-VK100 is used as a casting adhesive with casting heights of 20–100 mm, e.g
void-free undercasting of:
Curbs (e.g. Dresden Combibord)
Precast concrete parts
Machine foundations, supports etc.
Crane track rails
Also for the void-free casting of:
Recesses and joints in concrete
Steel components and gutters in concrete
anchor bolts.

Underground:
The surface must be stable, firm, non-slip and free of substances that reduce adhesion, such as dust
etc., be. Deeper outbreaks are of Allen loose or to free the weak layers

Processing:
Manual processing:
For every 25 kg of ASOCRET-VK100, a quantity of water of approx. 3.5 liters of water required. For mixing
the use of a compulsory mixer is recommended.
Approx. 3.2L water/25kg
ASOCRET-VK100 is presented and mixed with the powder component for approx. Premixed for 3 minutes. Afterward
The remaining amount of water is added and another 2 minutes until it is homogeneous and free of lumps
Mixed consistency. The mixture must then be poured immediately.
Machine processing:
ASOCRET-VK100 can be used with Allen common feed pumps or continuous mixing pumps
(e.g. with the PFT G4, company. PFT, Iphofen). For proper operation and the

Potting:

and/or a corresponding hose can be used to support this. First anchor holes (up to
approximately under the top edge of the anchor hole), then pour the machine plate.
