The United States Playing Card Company (USPC) was founded in 1867 in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

 It was originally called Russell, Morgan & Co. and started as a printing company that made posters, placards, and labels.  In 1881, the company began printing playing cards. In 1891, Russell, Morgan and Company renamed themselves The United States Printing Company. 


The USPC is the world's largest playing card company. It makes cards under many brands, including:  Bicycle, Bee, Tally-Ho, Congress, Aviator, Aristocrat, Mohawk, Maverick, KEM, Hoyle, Fournier.
