This is new in the box which I would call open box because I wanted to test it before shipping, and the truck works flawlessly. 

Take a look at the main photo and the first three pictures so you know what you're getting. The remainder of photos are stock photos. 


I don't take refunds on RC products because too many people don't even know how to charge a battery or leave it charging and then the battery is destroyed. On the other hand, you can save money though buying this one if you're not wanting to spend a lot.
