all the lands are shipped exactly how I play them which is double sleeved, and you'll receive a bunch of empty sleeves with a double sleeve insert to sleeve your decks. this bundle has everything you need ready to go.  I'd say all the lands are in the MP+LP area, I spent a while trying to find ones in good shape nothing is HP/Damaged in my opinion.  when I calculated my price I only added up the cost of the lands and the deck box, if you want to toss all the sleeves, dice, and tokens to use your own it's not included in the price anyway.

this is a nice set for any limited players looking have their own set of draft lands ready to play.
