Hello. I bought a Microsoft Surface Duo 256gb Unlocked directly from Microsoft on the day it launched.
I also purchased the extended care warranty for it.
Over the 1st (2) years I had the phone replaced twice. Every time its replaced, I just sent back the phone and kept the original box.
That's how I have the (2) extra, complete & unused boxes with bumper, charger, USB-C cable and documentation.
