This little cutie looks to be hand painted and is on the small side. Looks like the work of Hagen but cannot find one like it. Whatever material is made of, it is on the delicate side. 

In good/very good vintage condition(see photos). Minor expected wear. No chips or cracks found. Maybe some minor wear on paint and some common imperfections(see photos, all sides pictured). Has only been given a light cleaning. Found no Maker's Marks.
