Yowza! This is a very RARE and ORIGINAL 1972 Gibson pickguard for the es-325 thinline.  It is in very good condition.  Some light pick wear but otherwise a really nice example.  It is straight and flat.  Nice guard if yours has any damage.  Keep it original!!
