En partie haute, à gauche, on trouve une inscription en arménien indiquant : « mois 1900, 1er avril ». De par sa taille (280 x 130 cm), ses symboles et sa création esthétique très raffinée, le tapis semble avoir été tissé à l'occasion d'un mariage. 

Son état est absolument irréprochable, sans aucun défaut.

In the upper part, on the left, there is an inscription in Armenian indicating: "1900 month, April 1". 

Due to its size (280 x 130 cm), symbols and very refined aesthetic creation, the rug seems to have been woven on the occasion of a wedding. 

Its condition is absolutely impeccable (full pile everywhere, selvedges and fringes intact), without any defects.
