Recorded Delivery is available [UK only] + costs 1.57p extra. I recommend that you use this option as I will not be responsible for non delivery of items if you don't ask for this. However I have my mail collected which provides me with proof that I have posted the item - and I will do my best to get reimbursement from the Post Office which will then be passed to you
