This is a spectacular Fenton cranberry opalescent double crimped ruffle, art glass vase with large coin dots.  It is about 9" tall, 8" across the top and the base is 4". The bulbous bottom is 6".  The bottom has a recessed pontil hole.  The condition is good, there are a few tiny flaws within the glass on the inside.  The artistry in this hand blown vase is superb.
