This is an original blue prints from 1913 for the Ballard House in North Branch, Michigan. it is for alterations to residence for Mr FC Ballard in North Branch, Mich. Rogers & Bonnah Archrs, Detroit. The blue prints measure 19 by 17 inches. 2 small holes and has folds. Dated April 13, 1913. The house today is the Blackburn Chapell Martin Funeral Home. This was saved from the Ballard estate many years ago. Nice original document.
