Ingredients Include:

Menthol 125mg, Camphor 50mg, Siberian Pine Needle Oil 10mg

Directions for adults & children 6+years:

0.5ml Nasal Stick for Nasal use. Use as often as needed. Insert well into nostril, holding the other nostril closed. Inhale deeply to make breathing feel clear and cool.

For hygiene reasons, it is not recommended to use this Nasal Stick for more than 28 days after opening.
