This JVC Everio GZ-HM650BU turns on but the screen is broken. So it needs to be fixed. It has 40 optical zoom and 8GB of memory. It is full HD 1920x1080. It comes with 2 batteries. 1 battery is JVC BN-VG121U  the other is JVC BN-VG114U charging cable and USB cable.
This is not working because the screen is broken.
