The photos show everything. Not sure the age, definitely quite old, vintage, possibly or probably antique, but I don't know the actual age for sure. Even though they are somewhat rusted, they are beautiful in design, a design I have really never seen before. I am not sure if they are steel or wrought iron or just what the metal is. A magnet attracts these. They were originally spring-loaded, the top one no longer has the spring, as you can see by the photos. The bottom one still has the spring and opens and closes with the spring. I hope that makes sense. This is a beautiful set, I'm not sure if these are considered strap hinges or some other type of hinge. I do know that they would look awesome on a barn door or a shed door or a gate, or anywhere else you would use antique hinges. You can see rust and patina. Each one weighs 1 lb. The photos are the description and they show the condition and the size. Please use the zoom feature and ask any questions you may have.
