1.Where Does This item Locate?
This product is ready to ship from our Sydney&Melbourn-based warehouse.

2. What is the Dispatch Time?
Orders are Dispatching in1 business day.( Normally our warehouse dispatching every morning except Saturday and other national holiday).

3.What is the delivery tome?
Normally it takes 2 - 8 business days (from daye of despatch). Please note that delivery's to WA and some other may take 4 - 15days in transit once dispatched.(all the delivery dates are provided by a third-party service provider and are only estimates.)

3.What courier service are you coperate with？
We are coperate with AUS POST & Other local couriers (eg: Fastway, MCS,Toll,Direct Freight.). Please note the courier service will be chosen automatically according to the parcel size, weight and your postcode and surburb. If you have specific requirement on the shipping service, please leave a note to let us know.

4.Why does my order was charged with additional postage?
Your eBay registered postcode determines your shipping rate. This rate is displayed near the sale price when you are logged into your account. It displays as either as FREE or a $ figure.（Postage fee is free for most area except remote or offshore area）.Before placing order, please be reminded that an additional AU$1.99-126.99（Not for Expedited Logistics） shall be charged by the logistic agency per-package for remote areas.

1.Please be aware that PO Boxes and LPO Address cannot receive items that are too heavy, too large or more than 1 meter in size. If the item purchased exceeds the above conditions, please do not fill in the po boxes address.

2.If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

4.A physical street address is required for all deliveries. It's important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound. Change of Mind? No worries!
If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund after the returned item received and checked. Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be directed to our Customer Service team by sending a message to us through eBay
In order to make a claim, you must provide the Help Centre with:

- where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, computer viruses, corrosive conditions or introduction by an insect, pest or other foreign body;
- where damage results from any third party software or hardware not provided by us;
- where items are lost or stolen; and
- in relation to repairs of batteries, where the batteries have not been used in accordance with specifications or they expire by normal use.

Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or the replacement of the goods with the same or a similar product.
