Brand New in original box with original note card in top of jewelry box. Jewelry box sits inside original gift box in excellent condition.

I was given this as a gift but only put it on the day I received it and it has remained in the box since then. To my best memory it was a gift in approximately 2004. 

I don't feel like jewelry should be just kept in a box. It should be worn and adored. My children are aware I am selling and are find with it.
