This large Lucky Brand bag has a zipper that opens to a lined interior with two open slip pockets and a zipper pocket at the sides.  The straps can be thrown over the shoulder when on the move.

CONDITION:  Good used condition.  The exterior looks good, only minor marking and wear from use.  I have taken a closeup shot of the worst mark that is near the strap.  The interior is in very good condition and is quite clean.  The hardware is in good, functional condition. The straps are in good condition as well.
