1960's Tesco WG - 3L 2TONE Sunburst Japan Vintage Electric Guitar

Tesco WG series model with pickups. Aluminum striped pickguard and pickups are in original condition!

Teisco WG-3L made in mid 1960's. This WG-3L is a late model of WG series, WG-2L, WG-3L and WG-4L were produced depending on the number of PU. The head shape is Tesco's original shape with the 4:2 peg arrangement of the later models.

It is highly possible that it was made in 1966 in terms of specifications. This guitar was produced in 1965, the year with the largest number of production, when the technology had progressed and reached its maturity.

The pickups are the later model in the history of Tesco, and the round pole piece can be raised and lowered with a flathead screwdriver. (3 pickups are equipped)

Controls are 3 on/off switches for each PU and 3 volume/1 tone.

Operation has been checked (no noise, buzzing, or chattering).

Setup has been done (string height, octave, pickup height, etc.).

There is room on both sides of the truss rod.
