1989 Ford Transit Bonus campervan. 2L petrol manual. MOT until August 2024. Was bought as a project just never got round to doing it up and drove it instead. Has just had new clutch, ratchet and clutch cable. Has also had spark plugs, oil and filter done. Has charger recently fitted to charge leisure battery which is less than 12 months old. Cam belt and water pump kit done recently too.
Was bought as a project so will need work doing to it. The water pump, electric hook up and fridge have never been checked to see if they work. Does have Propex heater fitted but this needs servicing.
Since owning it its been driven up to Scotland and back and down to Devon so despite it needing some TLC it drives really well. Small leak from one of the roof vents but that's only leak. Passenger window needs fixing too. This is definitely a project but it's given some great memories so far and still has more to give.
