Advantages:
- Good resistance to oil, water, solvents and high pressure oils.
- Good compression set, abrasion resistance and tensile strength.
- Rubber parts for fuel tanks and lubrication tanks.
- Used in fluid media such as petroleum-based hydraulic oils, petrol, water, silicone greases, silicone oils, diester-based lubricants, glycol-based hydraulic oils, and so on.
Rubber parts for use in fluid media such as hydraulic oils.
Disadvantages:
- Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform.
- Not resistant to ozone, weathering or heat aging.
Applicable media:
- Aliphatic hydrocarbons (butane, propane), engine oils, fuel oils, vegetable oils, mineral oils.
- HFA, HFB, HFC hydraulic fluids.
- Low concentration of acids, alkalis, salts and water at room temperature.
