Offered here is a Leaving Gift with presentation plaque which reads, Presented to Capt I.R. BOWDEN M.V.O. R.N. on Relinquishing His Last Command H.M.S. NORFOLK. 9 MARCH 1976., it is 19 cm long x 11.5 cm deep and 7 cm to top of bucket, there is obviously a story there but not known to me (see condition report above).
