Asahi Super-Takumar 50mm f/1.4 - Rare 8 Elements - M42 Lens - Mint Condition

This is the legendary and highly sought after 8 Element Version of the Super-Takumar 50mm f/1.4 lens.
The early 8 element version is considered the best version of the 50mm 1.4 lens (later models are 7 element versions).

This legendary lens can be seen in the James Bond movie "You Only Live Twice" from 1967, when James Bond (Sean Connery) talks with the Japanese Secret Service while driving the white sports car.

Lens Condition is MINT CONDITION.
I have seen and sold some Super-Takumar 50mm f/1.4 lenses (both 7 Element and 8 Element Versions) and this lens has optics in an astonishing condition: both regarding its age and even compared to much newer lenses. Focusing is very smooth: it runs freely and easy.
