Payment is normally expected within four days of the purchase or auction close. Buyers should contact me if there are exceptional reasons why payment will not be made in the usual period.

Items are sold as described. Please ask questions before buying. Emails will normally be answered within one working day of receipt. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or other announced closures.

If your item has not reached you after 3 weeks of posting, once you have contacted me, I will report to Royal mail (which takes 28 working days)

I aim to ship the next working day after receipt of cleared funds.
