Here is a TERRIFIC 1930s German 15.5" Halloween Black Cat Die Cut Hanging Decoration Signed Germany. This is in EXCELLENT Condition as shown. Just a couple areas of surface loss as shown. Nice bold diecut and graphics!  

Size is 15 1/2 inches high and 6 3/4 inches wide.  

This came out of an old estate in Western Pennsylvania.
