1969 Atlantic Oil Boston Red Sox Ray Culp (8" x 10") - by John Wheeldon - Very good+ condition and SCARCE. These were given away by Atlantic-Richfield stations in the Boston area during the 1969 season.  The complete set consists of 12 fabulous color portraits by well-known sports artist John Wheeldon. These outstanding portraits combine two of America's greatest passions; baseball and wonderful art. John Wheeldon also produced similar portrait sets for other Major League teams, as well as a number of NFL teams.  On the back of each portrait is a short bio of the player, his lifetime stats, and a bio of artist John Wheeldon.  There is a tiny crease on the bottom left corner (see the scan), but this SCARCE portrait is still in very nice condition. No collection of Rat Culp or Boston Red Sox memorabilia is complete without this outstanding regional collectible. Check out the scan for the great artwork by John Wheeldon and so you can judge the condition for yourself (unlike many other sellers, who post generic scans, the item in my scan is the one you will get). You won't be disappointed. All previous buyers of my SCARCE regional baseball items have been completely satisfied. I have many others available; please inquire. The portrait will be sent via 1st Class mail. I will combine shipping to reduce charges for multiple items. If you purchase more than one item, please request an invoice with the appropriate combined shipping discount.  See my auctions and my eBay store for hundreds of books and a wide variety of sports and non-sports collectibles. All items are packed with care to insure safe delivery. Please contact me if you have any questions.
