RETURN POLICY:

-Sealed merchandise that is unopened and untampered with may be returned for a refund or exchange if it is defective or does not match the listing description. Pre-owned items may be returned for a refund or exchange only if it is defective or does not match the listing description, but it needs to be in the same condition as it was received and shipped back with care, using proper shipping materials, please. All item(s) must arrive back in the same condition as they were sold and shipped to be accepted- the only exception to this is if it was damaged in transit (see shipping policy).

-Special circumstances: if there is a special circumstance where the above terms do not apply to your situation and would like to ask to return your order, please send us a message and we will start the process. Be advised that a return shipping fee and 20% restocking fee will be charged from the total refund amount. The item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received and shipped back with care, using proper shipping materials, please. All item(s) must arrive back in the same condition as they were sold and shipped to be accepted.

-Non-refundable items: Opened, previously sealed, merchandise is not accepted for return. Auctioned items and items marked final sale (no returns) are not eligible for return. Items sold as is, for parts or not working, are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATION/UNPAID ORDER POLICY:

Please order responsibly. Read the listing in its entirety, and take the time to zoom in on the photos. Please ensure that you are ordering the proper quantity, that this is correct item you mean to order, and that you mean to checkout when you do.

When bidding on an auction, please do not bid more than what you can pay in a reasonable amount of time.

SHIPPING POLICY:

-Please ensure that your address is correct. Change of address will require order cancellation. You will be refunded and a new listing of the same price, shipping fees terms and conditions will be created for you. To avoid this, please refer to estimated shipping arrival times if you are shipping to a temporary shipping address (example: on vacation).

-Please provide clear directions of where to securely leave the package in address line 2, make sure that you are present to receive the package, or opt for pick up at post office.

-Orders above $100 require signed delivery. Please be present to sign for your order. Two delivery attempts will be made, then you will be required to pick up your order at the carrier's facility.

-Protocol for a damaged package/item(s) upon receipt: Please take photographic evidence immediately of the box/envelope as it appeared when you received it and send us a message regarding the matter. We will then take steps to provide you with your choice of either a refund or a replacement which may or may not include returning the damaged item(s) at no extra cost to you. This is determined by the outcome of the claim that shall be filed with the carrier.

-Protocol for lost packages: If your order exceeds the LAST estimated date of arrival, please send us a message first. We will contact the carrier and file a loss claim. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for an investigation and for the claim to be approved so we can issue a refund. However, if the order tracking information says delivered, a refund may not be processed, please reread eBay's policy and terms of service. We will still contact the courier and have them perform a courtesy investigation on your behalf as well as contact eBay and advocate for your reimbursement- the outcome is not guaranteed.
