SHIPPING:

Item(s) will ship via USPS in the manner listed. If the buyer prefers another USPS service, method, or upgrade--such as priority mail or insurance--it is incumbent upon the buyer to pay for those additional costs prior to shipping. I will only ship the buyer's address that ebay provides to me. I only ship within the U.S.

RETURN POLICY:

Requests for refunds or returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. NO Refunds for items listed as "untested" or "parts only."

Electronics: Unless listed as "untested" or for "parts only," all items are tested to be in full working order prior to being shipped. However, due to varying technologies, operating systems, protocols, interfaces, port types, firmware versions, cable types, user knowledge, and settings, I can NOT guarantee that an item will work optimally or at all with the buyer's existing equipment. It is incumbent upon the buyer to ensure compatibility.

I may request evidentiary photos or videos of items prior to accepting a return.  By bidding or buying, the buyer agrees to accept these terms and conditions.

CLOTHING:

Sizes are listed as labeled. And because sizes and fits differ from brand to brand, I can NOT guarantee any garment will fit despite being the size purchased.

NON-PAYING WINNING BIDDERS:

If you win the auction, and (1) fail to pay, and (2) fail contact me to cancel the auction within 48 hours

(1) The item will be relisted, and

(2) a non-payer complaint will be submitted to eBay, and

(3) You will be blocked from my future auctions.

SUSPECTED FRAUD:

Cases of suspected return fraud (e.g., claiming a working item doesn't work, switching items/parts, etc.) may be reported to eBay, the USPS mail fraud unit, or both.
