Absolutely beautiful and framed Land Indenture dated July 7, 1884 Amersham; Kent UK between a William James Brown and a Thomas Frederick Scott. I personally have not seen one in such good condition please see pictures. Also has the hot wax seals and the pound and shilling payment. It has been folded but is completely readable on vellum. I have examined this outside of mounting and included pictures because tucked on the reverse is the official transaction signatures. It does have a small amount of writing on it which I assume is catalog numbers. The frame is solid wood and gold guild and in good shape. The material matting on the inner frame is dirty. Please see pictures for appreciation and ignore glare from my camera. This is a beauty! Overall measurement 28.5 x 40”. Please note the size. Heavy.
