WAVE BACK is a eclectic, one of a kind large round weaving that measures 24" in diameter. This original work of modern fiber art is constructed solely from recycled/resold and donated materials. Unstructured procurement leads to uncommon combinations. Exuding the organic movement within and around us through woven fabric.

Materials include:

-Vintage quilting hoops

-Deconstructed fabrics

-Synthetic/acrylic and wool yarns

-Spent climbing rope donated by Central Rock Gym ROC, NY location

Using recycled materials ensures that the original artwork at ToolBoxEarth is totally unique (like you and I), accessible, and sustainable. Weavings reflecting the times and our need to pulse, shift, move in-flow by creating organic combinations within the fiber art.

The small, volunteer run craft resale store, Craft Bits and Pieces in Fairport, NY, is where I get 90% of the recycled materials used within ToolBoxEarth. They are a non-profit that ensures access to independent living for elderly in my community and they are a joy to pass my business to. Your support of my artwork allows me to support them, so they can support others too. Round and round we go with the decision to lead with love ever before us.
