Chair is in great condition - solid no crack/chips or damage 

Appears to be original upholstery  with brass button head nails on edge braid - seat & back in very good shape - 1 stain on front corner of seat - should clean

Back side upholstery has a frayed top edge which should cover nicely with braid piece (see pix)

24" tall overall x 22" deep at rockers x 15-1/4" wide - seat is 11" high 

In 50 years of antiques I have never had an Eastlake childs rocker like this WOW
