We can't refund or send new eggs based on delays in shipping.  It is out of our control once we ship. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Eggs and Fertility

Our eggs are gathered the day they are laid and stored properly with skinny end down and not washed to maintain freshness and fertility. Unwashed eggs contain bloom which protects the egg.  Our fertility rate is currently 95%.

Hatchability

  We have had customers with hatch rates as high as 100% and as low as 0%. Hatching has to do with much more than egg fertility.  Incubation requires aclean and temperature-controlled environment and is not guaranteed.

   We recommend a Nurturerite 360. We have had 100% hatch rate with this incubator.  We run at 99.5 temp and a humidity of 45-55% At 25 days we stop the egg turner and raise the humidity to 65-75%. Do not open the incubator until all eggs have hatched. Please note that most shipped eggs have a 50% hatchability rate due to the shipping process, it's very hard on the eggs. Please do not leave feedback based on your hatch rates as we have no control over the shipping and incubation process.

Shipping

We always ship in foam egg shippers to protect the eggs from shaking and being damaged. You will be notified when your eggs have shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. We do not monitor weather in destination citifies, please be advised that if it is too cold/hot where you live, we suggest you wait to order until the weather in your area is more reasonable. By buying our eggs, you are agreeing to the terms that you're okay with that risk. We will not ship to destinations outside the 50 states. We ship our eggs the same day or next day they have been laid. If eggs are damaged a claim can be filed with USPS if pictures are taken and a timely claim  in submitted.

Returns

No returns accepted.  Eggs have a shelf life so once they are purchased they are yours.

Extra Eggs

We try ship extra eggs in case of damage during shipment. They are a gift and should not be considered when keeping fertility rates or if they are damaged
