Condition is like new top to bottom. This rod is absolutely beautiful. It is extremely well balanced. From the factory these beauties are over $400. Lowballers won't get a response. Fair offers will be considered. I will only ship via Priority mail or UPS. I will ship it but not for free.  I'll keep it before ill let it go for a steal.
