1962 Mercury Monterey Custom. Equipped with 390 V8 (6.4L) and 3-Speed Automatic. This beautiful car has served as my daily driver. It has been very reliable for me and including three trips across B.C. without issue. The odometer shows 33,000 miles. Judging by the condition it has probably rolled over to 133,000 miles.

The body is in very nice shape. It was repainted in 2003. and I have a file full of receipts with all the work that has been done dating back 20+ years. Paint has held up pretty well. Body has some bubbling in a couple spots but has held up pretty well. Some subtle custom touches have been done to the car such as the half vinyl roof and trunk tire hump.

The interior is in good shape. Seats and centre console are out of a '64 Galaxy 500XL. Original headliner and carpet in good shape and all glass in very nice condition. Power windows all work except drivers front. all gauges work except temp and fuel. The radio is not currently hooked up. seatbelts have been added to the front seats. mostly original and has held up very well.

Motor is very healthy. valve train is super clean and it has a new battery. Upgraded Edelbrock carb and new ignition parts including spark plugs, plug wires, points, rotor. New tires, steering rack, and dual exhaust has been redone. The braking system has been completely gone through and it has been upgraded to disc brakes in the front. There is too much to list. It is best leave your number or message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible and would be happy to talk more about it.
