Can I collect the item? - We welcome free local collections from our Support Centre in Rotherham. Collection times are by appointment.

Can I request more photos? - Once we've listed the item, it goes into storage to keep them safe until auction end, so we're unable to take extra images if requested.

Do You Accept Buy It Now Prices? - Sorry, if an item is listed for auction it's our policy to let it run its course.

Can I View Before Bidding? - Sorry, based on eBay's 'selling outside eBay' policy, unfortunately we can't facilitate viewing items prior to purchase.

Can I Pay Cash? - We only accept payment via PayPal. One off payments can be made using your credit/debit card via PayPal.

Do You Combine Invoices? - Yes, if all multiple invoices are automatically combined the following working day after auction end. Please note, we only combine items based on weight and size and it isn't always possible to combine larger items into 1 box.
