This antique pair of wrought iron candlesticks is a true treasure for collectors of metalware items. The intricate design and craftsmanship of these candlesticks suggest that they might have been used in a Masonic lodge, although this cannot be confirmed. The seal of the 6th Earl of Sussex adds to their historical value.

The candlesticks are in good working order and have no major damage or defects. They show signs of wear consistent with their age and use, which only adds to their charm. These candlesticks would make a great addition to any collection or a beautiful decorative piece in any room. Have been converted to take electric lighting at some point in the distant past. They bare the seal of the 6th earl of sussex (the knight that lost the first battle against william wallace braveheart) the seal is painted red and the ribbon they rest on painted green. They stand at 37cm. Any questions i will try and answer
