The jersey features a lace up neck and the QHL 50th Anniversary Patch sewn onto the jersey. The "C" was removed from the jersey and an outline remains as Anthony Boucher was traded midway thru the 2018-19 season and Anthony Belisle was assigned #22. And there is evidence of a lengthier nameplate outline when the nameplate was changed for Belisle. The jersey features a lace up neck
The wear on the jersey consists of decent overall use with board burns evident on both sleeves of the jersey.
