This sale is for a used Dell XPS 13 9310 Laptop

This unit has been tested as working and is in an overall good condition but the unit is BIOS locked with an unknown password so no settings in the BIOS can be changed and is also corporation locked so it cannot run Pro or Enterprise editions of Windows, however it works normally with Windows 11 Home which has been installed and activated

The screen is in an otherwise good condition with no obvious missing pixels or pressure marks and the battery seems to hold a good charge, though we cannot guarantee this.

Comes with Dell power supply.

Shipping

Items dispatched within 2 working days after payment has cleared.

Delivery costs and service relate to Main Land UK only, however if you live in NI or the Highlands or Islands of Scotland then these may vary.

International shipping via eBay Global Shipping Program.

Items can only be collected under prior arrangement but must be collected within 5 days of auction ending.

Terms of Sale

 
Items can be returned up to 30 days after the end of the auction for repair or refund only if the following criteria apply:
 
1. Item damaged in transit, only if reported to us within 24hrs of delivery
 
2. Hardware components fail within the 30 day period.
 
3. Item is not as described in the auction listing, not including Item damaged in transit.
 
Return postal costs are the responsability of the buyer unless otherwise agreed by us and refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
