This is a pretty vintage 1950's and 60s swing skirt and cotton top. The skirt is by Patty Woodard and the top by Carol Evans. The skirt is a red, green, black white plaid design. metal zipper and waist button closure. The top is a red cotton blend. button closure. both nice.
