Very good condition, case is excellent, Disc is almost perfect with a few light marks that you really have to look for. This was unwrapped by me back when I bought it, watched one or twice and put away. Plays fine.
I do combine shipping for discs purchased at the same time. Any three individual DVDs will ship for the base price, one to three additional discs will add .75 cents, plus .25 cents for each additional Disc after that.
