Eugenia aff Rostrifolia - Julian

Plant Information:

  • Name: Eugenia aff Rostrifolia - Julian
  • Quantity: 1 Plant
  • Container: 0.5 Gallon Container

Plant Description:

Seeds were imported from Brazil. This is a rare species found by the famous Juliano Leite. He recently reports the plant he found back when I bought the seeds is destroyed, and he has not been able to find any other specimen. This could be last time we get this specie here in America. I have 5-6 plants I will be listing over the next 1-2 years. This is a Eugenia discovered in 2023. It grows into a small tree or shrub. The plant resembles that of Eugenia Rostrifolia but is not the same. The plant produces a decent sized orange fruit, that is very juicy and sweet. The collector said it was their favorite Eugenia they have tasted to date.
