·        Shipping and handling ONLY Monday to Wednesday PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 BUSSINESS DAYS.

·        Our Fish will be carefully packaged in a Styrofoam Cooler Box with proper insulation to ensure they can tolerate the temperature shift during the shipping

·        Shipping Schedule:

                        Monday - Livestock PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 DAYS

                        Tuesday - Livestock PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 DAYS

                        Wednesday - Livestock PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 DAYS

· Orders placed after 8AM Wednesday will be shipped out next Monday morning VIA PRIORITY MAIL 1-3 DAYS

·        Livestock  will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. Shipping them out this day will eliminate the chance of the package will spend overnight at the warehouse, therefore increasing the chance of their arrival healthily significantly.

·        If the weather conditions are not allowed for shipping the BETTA. I will discuss with you when should be shipped.

·        Automatic message with all tracking details will send to buyers message. Please allow 12-24 hrs for tracking to be updated on the carrier website.

·        Every shipment is covered under our Guarantee Live Arrival policy.

If a customer makes a purchase, it means that the customer automatically agrees to the policy outlined below.

Every package bought from us is covered under our Live Guarantee Arrival Policy.

In the event of any BETTA IS dead on arrival, please follow these steps to submit your claim:

• Take 3 clear pics of a dead BETTA in the unopened bag 
• Allow us up to 24 hrs. to process the claim.
• Once the claim is approved, a refund will be sent to you based on the number of fishes
• Shipping fees for replacement fish orders are not included in the guarantee. If a replacement fish is required, the buyer is responsible for 100% of the shipping cost associated with the replacement.
• If a customer chooses to request a refund for a fish that arrived dead on arrival (DOA), the refund will typically exclude the shipping cost. This means that the customer will be refunded the cost of the fish itself, but not the shipping fees incurred for the initial delivery.

Please note, in some circumstances, our DOA policy will be voided:

• If the package is unsuccessful delivery on the 1st attempt ( We will ship to the address you provided on file.)
• The package is left outside for an extended period of time during extreme weather. (Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, it's your responsibility to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If the package is left outside more than 3 hrs. from the time of delivery, DOA will be voided.
• The package is lost due to a package thief (If this happens, please contact your local USPS to file a claim)
• Once our fish are released into your tank, it becomes your responsibility to ensure their well-being and keep them alive. We are unable to determine the water parameters of your tank. If any issues arise upon their arrival, we kindly request that you promptly report them to us. It is important to notify us immediately, rather than waiting 3-4 days or a week, to address and resolve any potential problems.
• We process case by case, let us know your thoughts to help us process the claims.

New Fish are very sensitive to change when it comes to water in your tanks. Any immediate change can cause causality. While we working our best to ensure our shrimp an easy transit and deliver them healthy to your front door. Once they are in your possessions, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

• to make sure your water parameter is with our tank water parameter. We recommend having the water test kit ready at all times.
• to make sure to drip acclimate our fish into your tank correctly. We suggest drip acclimate for at least 1 hrs with an air stone before putting them in your tank.
• to make sure your water doesn't fluctuate too much during the day in their first 7 days.
