Please carefully read this listing in full and view all photos provided (using the zoom function as needed) as they form a vital part of the description and show the condition of the item. The majority of what I sell is pre-loved so I do not always know an items history or if it is exactly as it was when new. I thoroughly check then describe and/ or photograph any features or defects and show the items as they are now.

 

Important buyer information:

§  Please do not remove any tags if you wish to return the item. I will not accept returns if tags are removed. Item must also be returned clean, unworn and unwashed.

 

§  Fit varies from brand to brand and often within a brand so I include approximate measurements of the item laid flat either written under ’Item Details’ below, or in photos. The floor standing mannequin shown in photos is a UK size 12-14 and some clothing may be pinned to fit it better. It is set at about 5’7” in height so clothing lengths are based approximately on this. Smaller size clothing may be shown on a smaller size gold hanging half-mannequin. I encourage buyers to please refer to the approximate measurements provided to get an idea of if the item is the size required.

 

§  Please be aware that colours can look different depending on the screen and device you are viewing them from and the light conditions when photos were taken.

 

§  Washable items are laundered then folded and stored in a smoke-free and pet-free indoor environment, but you may also wish to re-launder to freshen them up after being in storage and going through the postal system. Dry clean items are not dry cleaned unless otherwise stated below in ‘Item Details’ below.

 

§  Both new and recycled/ reused packing materials are used to post out sales. I try to pack items well but some unavoidable creasing from posting will occur.

 

§  If there is ever a problem with your order, please message me before leaving feedback so I can resolve the issue with you. Please be assured that any errors will have been entirely unintentional - I put a lot of effort into listing my items but I am only human!
