A jaw-dropping giant sized vegetable!

We find this garlic has a mild flavour perfect for making garlic bread and we use it interchangeably for 'regular' garlic in Thai and Italian recipes.

An easy and fun crop to grow.  As always with home grown produce, the flavour is superior to shop bought! So easy to peel compared to the fiddly little cloves of regular garlic.

We farm using permaculture methods so our garlic is spray free and organically fertilised.

Our farm is located near Ballarat in Victoria. We have a cold climate and our garlic is planted at the start of April and harvested after eight months in early summer.

Some climates may be able to produce two crops in a calendar year.

This listing is for a 2kg bag of large sized, giant garlic bulbs.

Our garlic will be sent in a natural jute / hessian drawstring bag that is ideal to be kept and re-used as a garlic keeper in your pantry.

This garlic was harvested in December 2023 and has been carefully cured and aged. If stored properly, it will keep fresh for over 6 months (Best Before March 2025).
