This item for sale is a signed, vintage, Stanley Hagler NYC rhinestone & faux pearl scarf clip or bolo tie in excellent gently used condition. I truly am not sure what this is. It is 1 inch by 1 inch, might open? looks sort of like its on a hinge, but did not try to open, not worth risking damaging it by forcing. If anyone knows the true use please share.
