Full Boehm Clarinet In B

Replacement finger E-flat lever, with LowE-flat.

This is a full Böhm type.

The lower pipe has been extended to produce Eb (actual note Des), a semitone lower than the lowest note of a normal B clarinet, so that the B pipe can produce the same lowest note as the A pipe, and this key is attached on the bell side next to the E/H key of the right hand little finger.

Recently, Crampon has introduced the BCXXI clarinet, a full Böhm clarinet, which has been captivating professional players with its unique blowing comfort and tone. This instrument is also old, but it seems to be somewhat similar.
