This is a Fossati Fossati FJ77.

This is a beautiful oboe, and there are very few used oboes in good condition. In addition, it has been fully maintained including replacement of all tampos.

This is an intermediate model of Fosatti made in France.

It is a well-balanced instrument that combines response and richness of tone. It has a wonderful tone with the charm of a moist oboe, not the light “peep” sound of the low-priced instruments of various makers.

This one is equipped with keys that are almost equivalent to those of higher-end models that use a double-ring system.

There are some scratches from use, but the instrument is in generally clean condition with no cracks in the wood and no problems at all as an instrument.
