Hiermit verkaufe ich meinen treuen BluRay Player, einen Pioneer BDP-160. Er verfügt über alles, was man für den Heimkinogenuss braucht, ist leicht und kompakt, und passt dadurch in jedes Rack.

Als ob das noch nicht genug wäre, kann er dank eines Software-Mods über eine simple Umstellung im Menü die Bluray- oder DVD-Region wechseln! Dadurch kann er weltweite Veröffentlichungen abspielen - ein Fest für alle Uncut- und Importsammler! Die meisten Blurays sind auf die Märkte USA (Region A), Europa (Region B) oder Asien (Region C) beschränkt, und die in unseren Gefilden angebotenen Player können die Silberlinge aus Übersee nicht abspielen - dieser BDP 160 schon!

Die Einbindung in jedes System ist aber genauso gewährleistet, da er auch noch traditionelle Ausgänge wie Cinch und Koaxial besitzt, die bei anderen Modellen eingespart werden.

Er kann sogar das Format Super Audio CD abspielen.

Since I have to give up my entire home cinema system, I am now selling my allrounder device: a Pioneer BDP-160.

It's the direct follow-up to the famous BDP-150 and shares its qualities in image and sound.

This device even allows playback of "exotic" discs like SACD (even homemade SACD-R) and or HDCD with its own decoder!

However, that is still not the most special thing about this player: thanks to a software modification worth more than 100 €, the Bluray and DVD regions can be switched by a simple setting in its menu! Because of this, you can enjoy worldwide releases - a feast for all collectors of uncut and import originals! Stock Bluray players are limited to either USA (region A), Europe (region B) or Asia (region C). The devices offered in our markets are unable to play the discs from overseas - but this BDP-160 can!

It is in good optical shape and works flawlessly.
